Films: 

"A Woman Like Me" featuring Selina Ntiankiki Nkoile shares what it means to be a woman, the path of being a Maasai daughter to a Maasai mother, and the fear of childbirth as a woman who has experienced FGM. 

The independently made film by Maasai woman and University of Colorado - Boulder graduate, Angel Mollel, demonstrates a coming of age ceremony in Tanzania without implementing FGM.

"Changing Traditions" by

 Nice Nailantei Leng'ete explores her journey discussing FGM within the local Maasai community and how she has implemented change for the present and future. This video complements the book, "The Girls in the Wild Fig Tree".
